Stepchange

Stepchange are very helpful in advising what our options are. They don't judge anyones situation and are more than helpful with the repayment plans going forward. Very supportive in dealing with managing our debts which has been great in helping us with not only our financial situation but also peace of mind. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Step Change are brilliant

Quite simply I don't know what I would have done without Step Change. It took 4 years to pay off my debt but they made it so I could afford to do this and still live. Before contacting Step Change I wasn't sleeping at all and felt anxious all the time. It took me a while to pluck up courage to phone the helpline but once I did I felt almost instant relief. I was struggling with debt and the online tool and help I got was superb. My credit rating has dropped but mush less monthly outgoings and interets frozen so I can see an end to my debt.
