I had seen debt adverts for ages feeling scared but...

I had seen debt adverts for ages feeling scared but knowing deep down I needed help. I knew I needed to do something when I started taking out cash on my credit card to pay bills. StepChange are a life saver. They gave me excellent advice, talked me through every step and I’m now on a debt management plan with them. I feel about 10 stone lighter and like I can breathe for the first time in years. I make one payment every month that is split between my creditors. I have a budget now that stick to every month all thanks to StepChange. Really cannot thank them enough. Reviewed on: 12th July 2025

Very pleased I decided to reach out to Step Change

I am very pleased I decided to reach out to Step Change for help with my debts. The process took a little while to complete to allow them to do all their checks and work out a monthly plan that would work best for me. However it was completely worth it and I feel so much better knowing I now have a monthly plan set up to cover all my debts. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
