The best phone call I made

The hardest phone call I made after losing my husband as I’ve always paid my bills on time but now it was different step changes could not of been more helpful and didn’t judge me It was upsetting for me ok having to tell a stranger all your money you owe people bills but after I got through the journey I came off the phone and it was such a relief if anyone has problems please please phone step changes Reviewed on: 29th June 2026
