You can not get in touch over the phone unless it’s...

You can not get in touch over the phone unless it’s early morning or you are in luck, meaning it would be time off work to call. When I have got through they have always advised me that the payment plan would close if there were so many missed payments but mine would not as it was down to Ill health and missing work and then having no wage. Despite being told not to worry, they then randomly closed my plan anyway, leaving me with trying to juggle debt, be a single parent and have ill health all on my own. Again when I tried to call they couldn’t answer. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
