I cannot recommend StepChange highly enough.

I cannot recommend StepChange highly enough. They helped me through a very difficult debt situation and continue to act as a mediator between myself and my creditors. From the very beginning, they provided clear, practical advice and an excellent level of service. I was extremely nervous about contacting them and kept putting it off until I had reached crisis point. Looking back, I wish I had contacted them much sooner. The team were reassuring, understanding and completely non-judgemental. They took the time to explain my options, helped me put a plan in place, and gave me peace of mind during what was a very stressful period.
