Scam company do not pay

Scare monger company saying I owe debt when I don't was settled with amigo loans back in 2020 with a settlement deal to which I have the paperwork. This company is practising illegitimate protocols and needs to be shut down. Harassing and scaring people over false claims. Do not pay these people they are scam artists Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

Sorry I've got letters from intrum before about debt I have from a credit card account which I never even opened. I've explained this a few times and they go quiet for a while before sending another letter. I have learning difficulties so I'm vulnerable to scams and I panic when I get these letters as I don't know whether to trust them or not Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Fraudulent use of data

This company has harassed me, the have Miss used my data, incorrectly purchased a debt from natwest that has been cleared and settle, the bank e sent me threatening letters, reported my account to the credit file as a defaulted mortgage, I have never had or applied for a mortgage, complete crocks Reviewed on: 8th July 2021
