I cannot fault the customer service I received from...

I cannot fault the customer service I received from SBS: they managed to fit me in at very short notice, were incredibly helpful and were able to set up my account that morning. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st December 2024

SUCH A WARM RECEPTION ON ENTERING THE BUILDING SOCIETY

My first visit to Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge, was today, 8.02.24. On entering the Office it was so pleasantly bright and spotless along with a greeting of Good Afternoon. The gentleman on the desk asked if he could help and I said I had an appointment at which he offtered me a cup of tea/coffee.
