I love that you are in-person with real people and not all online. I love that I can sit with a lady and talk about what works for me and my money. I feel like a human here. Friendly, empathetic, efficient, traditional

My father and I came to discuss opening a higher interest building society account. We made an appointment and saw Kirsty in Saxmundham, we overran but Kirsty stayed an entire hour overtime and was the kindest, most patient advisor we have ever encountered - not only knowledgeable but best customer service ever!! She is a true star and we couldn't be more grateful! Takes good customer service to the next level. It's worth coming here for personalised human service! Please don't ever change this.
