Fantastic support from Shona and the Felixstowe team.

Was able to get an immediate appointment, patiently ran through all my saving options and made some excellent suggestions. Helped set up 4 separate accounts with excellent guidance and information. The whole Felixstowe branch staff were warm, kind & welcoming, exactly what I needed to make informed decisions on my savings portfolio which you can’t get from a website.
