It is the first time in my life when I'm staying with the same insurance company and I'm getting charged even more for no extra benefit. Tried to contact customer service for this matter, long waiting time for nothing, just to be told that there is nothing they can do anymore once they get your money. My no claims discount bonus went up however the insurance price went up as well. They didn't even try to get me the same price as the previous year, not to even mention a cheaper one. Again, first time ever when that happens and the only company that does it! Would not recommend! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Avoid at all costs

If i could leave 0 stars I would. My car was involved in a minor collision at the beginning of December 2022. Reported everything online as should have been. I was told that the garage Wedd and White were allocated to fix the car. Fast forward to end of December and I hadn't heard anything. I called swift numerous times who provided no help whatsoever, not to mention each time I was on hold for upwards of an hour sometimes 2. I eventually got somewhere when I put an official complaint in. My car was collected at the end of Feb 2023 for repairs and now I have heard nothing, it should have been 2 days its been 2 weeks. Clearly swift out source the repairs to shocking garages and leave their customers to do all the chasing. Avoid this company at all costs, they haven't even got back to me about my complaint, will be taking this up with the ombudsman.
