Excellent processes and customer service

I have been with Swiftcover for three years now as they cannot be beaten on price when my renewal is due. I find the online account management invaluable and on the rare occasion I have needed to contact them I have found the process straight forward and the representatives pleasant to deal with. Fantastic

Insured my car via swift over, amazing customer service from start to finish, I had to make a claim unfortunately, but it was dealt with swiftly and with fantastic customer service, I usually change insurance companies each year to secure the best possible price for the same level of cover, this year on my renewal date I continued my cover with them Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

To cancel my motor policy within 14 days they charge £25, though waive this if online. What's worse is they charge £52.50 after 14 days and charged £30 for changes which could have been made for free online. Cheeky Reviewed on: 10th March 2016

Slow.. Very slow

Took a year to sort a non fault claim, didn't feel like they were on my side and I was backed into s corner having to stay another year because it took them so long and an accident was showing on my file, saved myself nearly 200 pound a year by switching too, good riddance! On-Line Amendments

I have had swiftcover car insurance on a couple of occasions. What I really like is the ease that I can amend any details with such speed. Unlike with some insurers, the swiftcover site is quick to respond and easy to find and check the details. Even better, it is easy to check the details are correct and so it gives you peace of mind. Charged excess for windscreen damage

Swiftcover's customer service was fine on the odd occasion I had to contact them, however when I had an issue with my windscreen I was informed that they are the only major car insurance provider that charges an excess fee as well as a year's no claims bonus. Having to pay as well as sacrificing a year of my no claims seemed excessive, so just be aware that while they may often be the cheapest provider there is a reason! Reviewed on: 19th October 2015
