Not bad

We got this car insurance when we bought our new car, after shopping around for a good deal that covered pretty much all the basics and ticked a few boxes, we decided to take this one out thanks to the competitive price legal cover etc etc, unfortunately after only having our new car for 3 months some nasty people decided that they wanted to try and steal it, but while doing that the car knew they didnt have a key and the immobilizer etc all kicked in so they decided to cover tracks lets set it on fire how nice of them, anyways car gets put out police come all the usual things, rang the insurance and from start to finish I can honestly say they did all they could car was lifted courtesy car was delivered my only problem was with having two small children and car seats totally destroyed in the fire, it took them 5 weeks to pay out the insurance and we were told only £100 for car seats cd's stereo buggy etc etc, when in actual fact it was £300 which is what we changed it to when we took out the policy, over all they done all they could. Simple and easy to understand, and renewing was made very simple and easy with a competitve price.

I initially joined swiftcover 2 years ago to insure my car. I found them through a comparison site and they had the most competitve price that was available to me. Getting covered was simple and easy to do through the website, and had no troubles at all. After my initial year of cover it came time to renew and I was sent a renewal quote through email in ample time to check for competitive prices. I had a look at other insurers but nobody could match the renewal price which is quite unusual, so I easily renewed cover. Reviewed on: 7th August 2015

Overall great experience

I have been with this company for over 4 years and no complaints. The customer service is outstanding and personal and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone. Great prices - lowest I 've ever seen. Would do business all over again. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

Not to bad

Following a recent claim, I cant really fault the company as such, only issue, they prefer contact via email, but dont reply to the emails and fail to answer some questions until you ring and demand the answers Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Quick online sign up, no hassle.

Provided cheapest quote that I qualified for. I signed up online, was pretty quick and easy. Sent proof of no claims bonus and was recieved promptly. I havent had any more dealing so far as havent had to claim or update yet but so far so good. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
