Holiday ruined

I live in a rural place. Bought and arranged currency collection for 5 days after purchase. Went to collect. Not there. No idea when it would be delivered. We were moving to the city that evening en route to flying out. Eventually they agreed to a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. I’m still waiting on this. I now need to pay a second time for currency. Really really disappointed in the customer service and the “couldn’t care less” attitude of the Tesco customer service desk employee and the people in the help centre. Get your money elsewhere and save yourself some grief. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Amazing service at Crewe Tesco

Was unsure about how to order my currency for a trip to Costa Rica. The man in the travel money desk was super helpful and ordered my currency and phoned me when it arrived early so I could pick it up when shopping. Tesco Travel Money - Dreadful experience

Appalling service, big mistake made by customer assistant at Tesco Travel Money, Hibel Rd, Macclesfield. I complained to Tesco Travel Money who would not take any responsibility or compensate so I ended up seriously out of pocket. I will not be using Tesco Travel Money or Travelex again !
