LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went to Skegness Tesco to collect currency, kiosk all lit up but no attendant around or a sign to say when back!! Was told she's on lunch and will be back later! LATER?? Couldn't tell me when! Phoned the helpline to cancel and they had the cheek to want to charge me a £10 cancellation fee, hence they didn't after I argued successfully. The rate isn't even that good with your clubcard, TUI give a higher rate! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

What a carry on!!

Went to pick up preordered money to find that it had been rounded up to the nearest 100 and the assistant wanted me to pay extra, they tried to make it sound like a good deal by offering the online rate… if I wanted more I’d have ordered more!! Seemed quite annoyed that I said no. Also got asked several questions which just came across as nosey, where am I going? When? How long for? Did I need a money card? And after all that had the cheek to ask for a feedback comment!! Well here’s your comment!! This was in the Glasgow area. Was there for 10 minutes just to collect preordered cash! They didn't have any choice in denominations.

They didn't have any choice in denominations. I ordered in advance but didn't bother to let me know until I went to pick. Then charged me a cancellation fee and it took 5 working days to get cash back. I used a competitor online, got the denominations and home delivery. Reviewed on: 17th February 2025

Told could pick up money at 3pm. Joke !

Told could pick up money at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm, notice on booth - back at 3.20pm. Waited and waited, Tesco manager tried to find the staff member but nowhere to be seen. She finally arrived at 3.40. If pick up is 3pm there should be staff working at 3pm. Won’t order from Tesco again. Reviewed on: 29th November 2024

Closed Sundays, on-line shows open-beware!!

Looking online the local Travel Money bureau shows open on Sundays 10am to 4pm. I walked to my local Travel Money bureau to find it was closed- a waste of my time, effort and most frustrating! Reviewed on: 17th November 2024

Customer service terrible
