Its been 3 months since my daughter turned 18 and 3 months of trying to get her isa money. They keep saying wrong documents sent.... Its been 3 months since my daughter turned 18 and 3 months of trying to get her isa money. They keep saying wrong documents sent. She's sent bank statements. Letter from her college provisional driving licence. All with her name and address. It's ridiculous now. No money. It's holding her back. She's so upset I am escalating a complaint. Tesco auto-renewed my car insurance policy without my consent. I believe auto-renewals should be prohibited by law. Martin Lewis always advises us to compare policies... Tesco auto-renewed my car insurance policy without my consent. I believe auto-renewals should be prohibited by law. Martin Lewis always advises us to compare policies annually, so it’s baffling why auto-renewals are still an option. They should be banned. The policy was also overpriced. When I contacted them the same day to cancel and informed them that I sold the car 10 days ago, they told me I would need to pay a £25.50 cancellation fee.     Went to Skegness Tesco to collect currency, kiosk all lit up but no attendant around or a sign to say when back!! Was told she's... Phoned the helpline to cancel and they had the cheek to want to charge me a £10 cancellation fee, hence they didn't after I argued successfully.     Tesco Pet Insurance starts at a reasonable rate to entice you, and soon enough the rates will creep at a steep rate. Expect to pay... Expect to pay over 10x the original rate withing a few years of having the policy with them.     Went to pick up preordered money to find that it had been rounded up to the nearest 100 and the assistant wanted me to pay... Went to pick up preordered money to find that it had been rounded up to the nearest 100 and the assistant wanted me to pay extra, they tried to make it sound like a good deal by offering the online rate… if I wanted more I’d have ordered more!! Seemed quite annoyed that I said no. Also got asked several questions which just came across as nosey, where am I going? When? How long for? Did I need a money card? And after all that had the cheek to ask for a feedback comment!! Well here’s your comment!! This was in the Glasgow area. Was there for 10 minutes just to collect preordered cash! Avoid Tesco Car Insurance – Terrible Experience! We had our car stolen in September 2025 and went through one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences with Tesco Car Insurance. Despite providing all necessary documents and details, we were constantly passed back and forth between Tesco and their third-party investigation company, with both looking for any excuse not to pay out. For seven months, we were left without a car while raising a one-year-old. We had to rely on Ubers and borrow cars from friends and family because we couldn’t afford a replacement straight away. The lack of support from Tesco only made the situation worse. Every time we called, we were met with excuses: • “We’re missing this information.” • “There are inconsistencies in what you say happened that day.” In January 2025, they finally sent an investigator to our home. He confirmed that everything seemed straightforward and that our claim was valid. Yet, despite this, Tesco still refused to resolve the claim and continued to raise further “concerns” and questions. Tesco Car Insurance has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their handling of our claim was completely unprofessional, and their customer service was nothing short of appalling. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Tesco Insurance at all costs. Read more Read less
