Stay away if you value your credit score. My payment was reversed as something unexpected had gone out of my account on the same day.... Stay away if you value your credit score. My payment was reversed as something unexpected had gone out of my account on the same day. I received a text message saying the payment would be re attempted ( if it wasn’t for this i would have made the payment straight away) I made sure the money was in my account and it went out on the re attempted. I then found the missed payment was reported to the credit reference agencies. After realising , I made contact with Tesco bank to explain the situation and that I hadn’t wanted to make a double payment, as I assumed the payment was booked to be re attempted, which led me into a false sense of security. The assistant I spoke to was very rude and blunt , stating Tesco bank had done nothing wrong and that they were reporting the account as delinquent after a payment was 15 days late even though the account was now up to date (they chose the 15 day period to re attempted the payment). It was quite a complicated affair but Zoe, the lady who looked after us, was excellent. She was very efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful.     Untrusty Credit Card when abroad.

    After contacting Tesco to inform them we were going abroad and being told that it was NOT necessary, my card was blocked when trying to... After contacting Tesco to inform them we were going abroad and being told that it was NOT necessary, my card was blocked when trying to make a substantial credit card payment for car hire while abroad. After spending £45 on phone calls (there is no other way to contact them) and a promise that the card would be unblocked, it was blocked again. What is the point of having a credit card that you cannot trust to work? I have had this credit card for many years and used it many times abroad but I now have no trust in it. To make matter worse, I was totally fobbed of when trying to have my experience explained to me. Read more Read less

    Very poor customer and complaint service

    There's a reason it's cheap insurance. Which is fine if you don't have to claim. They use a network of repairers that don't know what... There's a reason it's cheap insurance.     They don't pay, even if zhey admit their liability

    I don't know if any of my connections had any experience with #TescoInsuranceandMoneyServices , but I had one of the worst ever possible experience. After... I don't know if any of my connections had any experience with #TescoInsuranceandMoneyServices , but I had one of the worst ever possible experience. After having an accident with one of their insurers, they advised him not to accept his liability. After 2 years, after my insurer providing photo evidence to justify the liability, they admited their liability but they disagree with the cost of the hire car. Another 2 years have passed and we are waiting for the court in February. Meanwhile my insurance premium increased, few of my policy have been cancelled, I lost few thousands and days of my life.     Can't specify denominations

    Ordered some US Dollars for home delivery. Asked for a mixture of denominations but was told it was not possible to specify specific notes. Something you need to rectify Tesco.

    Shocking service

    Ordered a considerable amount of US Dollars on Mon 29th Sept 10am to be delivered by Tues 30th 1pm. Waited in. When nothing arrived by... Assured would be delivered Wed 1st October. Waited in. When no delivery by 1pm, rang. No i formation from Royal Mail. We're offered the option of picking up from airport or a store.Requested Tesco try to find out order and deliver it to our house as agreed asap. Still waiting.     Awful long wait

    It was closed when we arrived and don't know why. Waited till 3.30pm for when the sign said it was opening. It didn't open till... It was closed when we arrived and don't know why.
