After spending £45 on phone calls (there is no other way to contact them) and a promise that the card would be unblocked, it was blocked again. What is the point of having a credit card that you cannot trust to work? I have had this credit card for many years and used it many times abroad but I now have no trust in it. After having an accident with one of their insurers, they advised him not to accept his liability. After 2 years, after my insurer providing photo evidence to justify the liability, they admited their liability but they disagree with the cost of the hire car. Another 2 years have passed and we are waiting for the court in February. Meanwhile my insurance premium increased, few of my policy have been cancelled, I lost few thousands and days of my life.
