All the USD I had ordered came in series older than...

All the USD I had ordered came in series older than 10 years which is not accepted in my travel destination country, I was trying to ask them to replace with newer bills for which they asked to convert it again into GBP and to newer USD, what a crack heads in customer care, and I loose out another 250 GBP doing it.. never touching Tesco travel money again .
