I am compelled to give this company a one-star rating, although I wish there was an option to rate them even lower. Their dishonesty knows no bounds - they have no qualms about inventing new procedures or fabricating false information just to move your funds to another provider. Despite my year-long efforts to transfer my funds, I have not made any progress. However, now that I have some free time on my hands, I am determined to lodge a formal complaint against them. Wow, I'm with this company, just recently signed up. Reading the reviews, well my faith in the company is floundering. I'm expecting a negative experience if I were to try and consolidate my pensions. People's pension, listen to your reviewer's, and build more trust and confidence. Poor customer service

They held incorrect data provided by a 3rd party. I sent a copy of HMRC letter showing the correct details and they rejected the proof as it did not met there policy requirements. I rang them and they admitted there policy was flawed but refused to correct my details. They now want me to go through the complaint process which can take up to 8 weeks before it can be resolved. In the meantime my transfer out is being blocked which will most probably mean I will be financially disadvantaged. Which they feel is acceptable. Please do not use the company unless you do not need your pension income paid to allow you to pay your bills. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Still waiting

I have filled in numerous forms as requested by them. I retired in November requested my pension pot before I retired and its now mid February still waiting and no contact from them for weeks. My other private pension has paid out, not quickly but its in my bank. I find proples pension are unresponsive, in no hurry to pay out what you and your employer have paid in. Would not recommend. Poor Communication

I requested a withdrawal over three weeks ago. They emailed a question which I replied to and asked questions of my own. It took a further week before a reply. They now want all sorts of ID documents which they could have requested on my application. Very poor service and no consistency with point of contact. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

We are obliged to do so and our regulator demands it, and it’s the right thing to do. Regulators and providers alike exercise a very high level of caution when dealing with the claim of pensions. The process cannot be rushed and we must ensure that everything is present and correct. We must have, for example, all the completed paperwork and documentation that’s been asked for. Warning do not, I repeat do not have anything to do with this company, they will not pay out your pension They will make you jump through hoops and make every excuse not to pay your money. Take your money is mission impossible.

I am waiting 4 weeks and still didn't get money. Afer 4 weeks and my calls they sent email to proof my bank and address. I have sent bank statement and after a few days again email to proof address which was already on statement. After any email contact they have 7 to 10 working days to respond which is to me just make time to process claim. I am very dissepointed. Reviewed on: 25th October 2022
