Still waiting

I have filled in numerous forms as requested by them. I retired in November requested my pension pot before I retired and its now mid February still waiting and no contact from them for weeks. My other private pension has paid out, not quickly but its in my bank. I find proples pension are unresponsive, in no hurry to pay out what you and your employer have paid in. Would not recommend.
