Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Ridiculously slow and bad service.

Ridiculously slow and bad service. Holds the money for no reason and do not allow them to be transferred. Even with a pro-plan, the customer rep (Rimas Ayddim) is EXTREMELY slow to respond and offers no help. In the time taken to get a response from them, I have been able to write a 1-star review across all platforms and still doest not hear from them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Good bank for small business

Good bank for small business. I appreciate that they send a lot of information on how to makes running a business easier. The main con is that the debit card is sometimes sees as a pre-paid card, which means you can't use it everywhere. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

One of the best business account exist

Tide has managed to grow really quickly and have created an application that has managed to cover a variety of functions that are modern business needs. Also, they constantly updating and listening what the customers need Overall, you will find that it’s very easy to use and has a lot of connections with software that it’s been used in business Either your business is small or large. Well done tide!

It's a very fast, reliable and straight forward banking app. If Carlsberg devised business banking apps it wouldn't beat this one. It's probably the one piece of software and tech I use on a day to day basis that hasn't let me down.
