Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

This is not a bank, it is a circus!

They are spamming my inbox with usless emails about their services and offers at least twice a week. When I wrote to them asking to stop, they gave me 24 hours on a weekend to click on a dodgy link, provide a scan of my ID and other sensitive information just to CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION! Not to mention that they changed my business account details from my business name, to my personal name. May as well have a personal account. This is not a bank, it is a circus! Great service from the start

A great service to small businesses.

We have used Tide Banking for over 2 years now as our small business nominated banking provider. Any issues are dealt with immediately and the customer support is excellent. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Love it!

Tide is perfect for us. I can log on easily on my phone and computer and so can my partner. We can upload receipts to transactions to make accounting easier too! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
