I am incredibly dissatisfied with Tide and their service. They have wasted my valuable time with unnecessary bureaucracy and a complete lack of efficiency. As a business owner, time is critical, and Tide has proven to be anything but business-friendly. Their customer support is unhelpful, the account setup process is unnecessarily complicated, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Tide claims to cater to businesses, but my experience suggests otherwise. I cannot recommend Tide to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient banking service.
