The best!

I have two business accounts with Tide and have recommended several friends and family with businesses (and took advantage of the £50 referral bonus!) any issues I’ve had at all with Tide are resolved quickly and effectively with their chat app, they’re also extremely helpful on the phone. My last experience with them was upgrading my account to benefit from the change in fees and cash back, the customer service agent was brilliant and thorough explaining all the options so I was able to make a decision. Easy

Easy to set up an account. Easy-to-use app. Easy to integrate with QuickBooks. Easy to integrate with Xero, I stopped as I didn't like Xero and preferred QuickBooks. When starting a new business easiness if running a bank account helps as it's one less thing to worry about. So great really! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Not bad services

A good option which will hopefully become excellent with a few upgrades.

Tide is a useful product from one of the ‘disrupter’ banks. I hope with time they improve on the initial good ideas such as the catagorising of transactions with the provision of or the ability to create appropriate sections to do this within my business. I would also like the option to search transactions in a variety of different ways. Overall though, this is a good start. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
