Good ethical bank

I have had a good experience with triodos and I’m glad I made the switch to an ethical bank. They have a bit of catching up to do with the more modern tech side of banking but it’s a small a sacrifice for my money being with a company who is doing some good in the world! Great personal service, much needed ethical stance

Triodos Bank’s customer service is excellent. No multiple layers of button pressing to get to a real person. When we had an issue which required resolving Triodos couldn’t have been faster or more responsive. And vitally - our money is not damaging the planet. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Amazing banking with exceptional ethics!

I move my banking to Triodos as they really care about what they invest in, and they also give the same care to their customers!
