Issues resolved readily.

Whenever I have had issues which is quite rarely there is always been a human at the end of the phone line to explain things. The website has a clear clean look which is easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 5th April 2026

Superb priciples and great bank

I’ve used Triodos Bank’s current account for some years now. What sets it apart is its genuinely ethical approach and focus on responsible banking. The mobile app is easy to use, and it covers all the essentials. For day-to-day use, it works smoothly and reliably. Yes, there’s a small monthly fee (£3), but I see that as a fair trade-off for a bank that priorities ethics and transparency.
