A breath of fresh clean air compared to other banks

I have banked with several of the traditional UK high street banks in the past and never felt anything but resigned acceptance about my relationship with any of them. Triodos Bank delivers ethical banking.

Customer services always helpful and patient, i support ethical alternatives to the rest of the banking world which is for profit not people, the monthly fee if £3 is a small charge for enlightened banking Reviewed on: 23rd April 2026

Just as easy to use as others, but on another level.

Speaking to a human being

Help on the phone and speaking to a human being is something that is now rare but very appreciated. Triodos has been great every time I have called. The app and user interface is also updated and more modern and is easy to use. The bank itself is ethical and I am happy to pay for the account and these services. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

I've been with Triodos for years now.

I've been with Triodos for years now. No bank is perfect, but they're about the closest our capitalist economy is gonna get bar a complete revolution of the financial system. They use positive screening to ensure invested money is ised ethically and in line with environmental goals. Practically speaking, their customer service and app are too notch. One thing I would suggest to imlrove their services is to make the app available on the Fairphone operating system! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026
