Speaking to a human being

Help on the phone and speaking to a human being is something that is now rare but very appreciated. Triodos has been great every time I have called. The app and user interface is also updated and more modern and is easy to use. The bank itself is ethical and I am happy to pay for the account and these services. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Customer care is human

Triodos customer care is excellent, little to no queuing and always speaking to a caring human being makes a huge difference. The app is easy to use and finally they are ethical. Paying a small fee for all this is a great way to help the world with a great bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
