Triodos is an ethical bank

I know my money goes to support sustainable businesses and projects. Triodos is transparent in its dealings with customers and is trustworthy. Customer services are helpful and thorough. I do not have to wait for a long time when I want to speak with someone at Triodos. I am an older customer and am sometimes unable to navigate my way online. Customer services is patient and resolves my issues. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
