A customer for several years now.

A customer for several years now. A no fuss experience, which is what I want from my bank. I think I'd like a few more electronic features, but the offering is comparable to other accounts I have. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

A small price to pay for ethical banking.

A small price to pay for ethical banking with all the same amenities of the traditional players. I'll admit that features (e.g. Google Pay) were lacking when I originally became a customer, but since then the offering has come a long way. UI is slick and impact is clear. Fully recommended. Everyday banking for a better world

It's great to know my everyday banking is making a contribution to tackling, rather than perpetuating many of the world's biggest problems. Furthermore, setting up a current account was easy and I really like how Triodos keep me informed of when my account balance is getting low. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Can’t fault Triodos

I can’t fault TRIODOS. The site and app work very well but when you need a person, their staff are always friendly and helpful. They contacted me when there was irregular activity on my account, so my money feels safe. New cards arrive in time, cheques by post are simple and quick and most importantly they support small local startups, not lucrative greed. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Love this ethical bank!

It's a pleasure dealing with Triodos. I love that I can speak to an actual person when I call and rarely have to wait to do so. The staff are super helpful. But most of all I'm pleased to be able to sleep easy at night knowing my money is funding great ethical projects. That's not something I could say of any of the banks I've banked with previously.
