Good communication & ethical investment.

Good communication about updates affecting my account, and where my money is bring invested. Whenever I've had any issues/queries, it has been east to get in touch, and get it sorted. Knowing my money is being invested in ethical ways is massively important to me. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Ethically efficient

I've had a Triodos current account for more than 10 years. On the very rare occasion I've needed to contact them customer service has been friendly, efficient and effective. The banking app is easy to use and seems very secure. There have been no dramas! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

The new app and Insights
