Best ethical bank

Overall excellent and really love the ethical stance - no other bank is so sustainable and ethical. Customer service has been excellent whenever I've had an issue or question. When purchasing a house and doing a large transaction they were really helpful. They take security seriously. The only minor niggle is it does take time for payments to clear (2 hours) but they are changing the way they are processing these so they will be instantaneous in future.
