I've been with Triodos for years now.

I've been with Triodos for years now. No bank is perfect, but they're about the closest our capitalist economy is gonna get bar a complete revolution of the financial system. They use positive screening to ensure invested money is ised ethically and in line with environmental goals. Practically speaking, their customer service and app are too notch. One thing I would suggest to imlrove their services is to make the app available on the Fairphone operating system! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Three years of first class customer service

As a Triodos current accounts customer for nearly three years, I'm very happy with the service. Moving banks was very easy with Triodos ensuring a smoth transition. They also provide advice when it's needed. Their telephone service beats most banks. I do not use an app, as I'm over-sensitive to EMF radiation and Triodos lets me phone in for advice or clarity when necessary. They respond quickly to emergencies, too. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Every question has been answered swiftly, politely and courteously, when sometimes my tech skills leave a lot to be desired. Your money is doing good whilst getting great service

I have banked with Triodos for a few years now. The customer service is always excellent and they've put a lot of effort into improving the app recently. Excellent service
