I find transactiions a bit "clunky."..

I have explained to you before that I find transactions with the bank too "clunky" and I prefer a verification code to my phone as the fail safe. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Ethical finance

Triodos current account was easy to set up, all information is displayed in a clear, easy to understand format. Developments just keep on coming, like Apple Pay launched last year which I find very useful. Communications with Triodos are excellent - you can actually talk to a human being! I only have praise for Triodos. I've been banking with them for two years now and I'm here to stay. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good, personal, and speedy response from customer service on the rare occasions I've had to contact them. I am more than happy to pay £3 per month to support this ethical bank. Been with them several years and have no intention of changing. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Vote Triodos, vote for conscience.

The world of banking is utterly amoral. It's based on gambling and cares not what cost to the planet or to where the grotesque amounts of profit go. Triodos is the opposite. Long term very satisfied customer

I've been with Triodos bank for many years now and have their current account, savings accounts, ISA's and crowdfunded ethical investments.
