Three years of first class customer service

As a Triodos current accounts customer for nearly three years, I'm very happy with the service. Moving banks was very easy with Triodos ensuring a smoth transition. They also provide advice when it's needed. Their telephone service beats most banks. I do not use an app, as I'm over-sensitive to EMF radiation and Triodos lets me phone in for advice or clarity when necessary. They respond quickly to emergencies, too. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026
