Outstanding & Straightforward

This is a really decent bank not one of the majors still investing in fossil fuels, laundering dirty cash and the like. It gives good straightforward customer service, doesn't bombard you with dubious loan offers and other nonsense - its an outstanding product in a sector with so few of them.
