My best bank ever!

Ethical banking with great customer service

Ethical, functional, amazing customer service

I switched to Triodos because I wanted to bank with an organisation that treated my money responsibly and put it to work for good. I love that all organisations Triodos lends money to adhere to their high standards to make a positive impact, and are published on their website and app - the app’s community feature is cool, as I’ve found a few new companies nearby and around the country that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise who I want to support in other ways, as well as knowing that my money supports them simply by banking with Triodos. The app is clean and simple to use and does what I need. And if I’ve ever needed to speak to someone at Triodos it takes a few short minutes to get through and the team there is lovely and personable. Putting your money where your mouth is

I love the fact that I know exactly where my money goes and it is invested to help community groups, the environment and other worthwhile projects. The customer service is fantastic - over the pandemic they helped to sort out a complex issue with my daughters saving account- they are always helpful, go the extra mile.
