Cornstarch card anyone?

We have had triodos accounts at my work for years as environmental and ethical considerations are at the forefront of our mission. I couldnt wait to get a personal account when Triodos made them available some years ago. They are so easy to contact and use and their ethos is fantastic right down to making their debit cards out of cornstarch instead of plastic! Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Security and fairness

We switched from Barclays 2 years ago due mainly to the ongoing fossil fuel investment of the big high street banks and out of concern and alarm for the environment. We admired the fair, ethical core principals of Triodos who are against exploitation in all forms. There are enough resources and enough money in the world: they just need distributing fairly. Feel good banking

Really easy to contact on the phone and great banking app to manage money.love the newsletter and it feels great that my money is being invested in positive causes. Also the non plastic bank card is a winner. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Simple, good quality and very ethical.

I joined Triodos because of their excellent ethical policies, the best, that I can tell, of any other bank. I don't mind the small, £3 monthly fee to help achieve this. The ability to be able to pay in cheques/cash locally would be a help. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021
