Good feeling bank

First class customer service and first class ethics.

I switched last year. Online banking easy and when I have queries i got through to a member of staff, who answered my queries, so impressed with ethics of the bank too. Couldn't be happier with the bank. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Finally Finance with Ethics

I came across Triodos Bank through my work with Community Led Housing, that is the building of homes and other spaces by the community for the community to provide affordable, stable, quality homes run by the community. A truly noble idea that very few banks will fund. Triodos is one of those rare banks that really understands social value and invests in it, takes somewhat of a risk and adds to a more fair and very productive society (we need not sacrifice one for the other). I also discovered that they support other social enterprises and community businesses, and felt instantly that I should bank with them. Vote with your feet. Sustainable banking and excellent customer service

There is no other bank with as strong sustainability credentials - - holistic sustainability for the environmentally, culturally and socio-economically. And the policy of honestly charging monthly fees means I'm paying directly for services I use without getting all sorts of useless "extras" which distract me and the bank from their core values. I have strong opinions about the banking system and this is just about the only one that meets my criteria. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021
