Customer service good - Ethics great

Customer service is very good, but most importantly it's great to bank with an organisation which cares about people and the world rather than profit and exploitation. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

It's so refreshing to have an ethical bank

We have saved with Triodos for many years and have now had a current account for several years. The customer service is good and the app works well. However, the most important thing is to have a bank which places people above profit. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
