Good customer service

I am impressed with the security they offer. I get fast communication from Triodos if I spend a larger amount than usual. They also answer the phone in good time whenever I call. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Brilliant security

Not only is Triodos a wonderfully ethical bank but I am very impressed at the security they have, including text notifications when higher payments are made, and pin number requirements on some transactions. It makes me feel safer. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
