Very satisfied

6 months ago I switched from HSBC to Triodos after learning how HSBC invest in fossil fuels, even since the Paris agreement. We try our hardest at home and make sacrifices to be as eco friendly as possible which can seem pointless when £billions are being spent by these leading banks to support the climate crisis. Triodos has handled the switch perfectly, the app is great and I look forward to introducing more family and friends to make the switch and make a difference. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

I'm not really interested in money, so this is the bank for me! Everything is easy to manage, communication is simple with Triodos and my savings just tick nicely in the background. Triodos are not constantly trying to sell me products I'm not interested in. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

Real people

The staff are real people, which sounds an unnecessary thing to say, but they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will stay on the line until they have sorted out any issue. The site is relatively easy to navigate but most importantly they employ people to answer the phone. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

Ethical, secure, wasy to use and top of their game!!

From trusting them to operate to the highest ethical standards and only investing in sustainable companies to having an easy to use App, with excellent customer support when you do need to speak to a person, to feeling safe from their securiity processes and assurances. good caring service.

good caring service. the bank ran me back when we were cut off. also when i needed help with a complex issues they stayed on line while i completed the transaction. that has not been my expereicne with other bigger banks. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
