Can't fault the ethics or communication; online banking needs some work!

Love the concept and transparency of the bank, with updates for where your money is going. Especially important as conversations around sustainable development tend to ignore the impact of our money and where it goes. Easy to set up the online saver and transfer into it, but the online banking section needs work! Old fashioned and hard to use :( I couldn't even find my account number to start with! Nonetheless, it does what it should and makes me feel good about where I'm putting my savings! Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

Easy to open & manage, great Banking App too

I had no problems opening an online saver account, it was a fast and easy experience. The app was already pretty good but recently has got even better - it's so easy and intuitive. Couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Switching to Triodos

I switched over to Triodos four years ago after concerns about how my previous bank was investing my money. I have no such concerns with Triodos. I can't say much regarding their customer service as I have had no need of it in my four years, which speaks for itself. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Truly ethical banking made easy

Most banks offer ethical options, but they’re all still making money from other gigantic financial institutions that don’t have the same ethical framework as triodos. With Triodos I am guaranteed that my money is going to good places and supporting worthwhile planet saving ventures. I can trust that I don’t have to go looking into the back of the books to know that every penny from my account is being used ethically. They make it so easy also when I had a problem with international transactions there UK based live service was amazing. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
