1 start to many.

Please be careful if you use van line direct. Their sales team will tell you lies via their 'recorded' phone calls. These phone calls are un accessible if they have found misconduct within there company. But gaurenteed the phone calls would be there if i were to be abusive. They will add fault claims to your policy. So please be wary and check all documentation. I personally will never use van line direct again as they are very unprofessional. Cancelled my policy and went to hastings direct. They even wanted to charge me 45 pounds to cancel my policy for their own mistakes. Farcical to say the least. Reviewed on: 11th September 2024

Great pricing/service

They offered a deal much cheaper than my renewal and shortly after purchasing the policy online, I had an agent ring me up to verify my purchase and issue out my documents, thereby giving me peace of mind that everything was sorted. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

worth my money

My van broke down during the pandemic and had to purchase a new van the sales prices now a days are extremely pricey thank heavens for van line direct who helped me get a very cheap price for what I thought was going to throw me in the deep end of my pocket. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
