Shocking company

Terrible service , they are good at the first contact for your sales of your van policy, however they will let the policy run for a few months before asking to validate NBC , , also they are happy to mirror NCB from another vehicle that you own , until they want to validate, then will not accept your mirrored NCB , at this point they will charge you an additional £220.00 plus admission fee of £35.00 to amend the policy. Absolutely outrageous company, Beware as they will quote you a cheap insurance quote but by the end of there service you will pay over the odds . I have forwarded my experience to the insurance regulator, who was not surprised with my complaint, Reviewed on: 13th December 2020

Awful customer service

Not that cheap, terrible customer service if you need help. Been hung upon several times now whilst trying to cancel my insurance, promises of call back, nothing. Used call back service, nothing. Anything they can do to not help you and basically blame you for everything they will do. Reviewed on: 10th December 2020

Harassment

Never touch this company please, they cancelled my insurance over an alleged incident that's not been proven either way even after I submitted evidence from a local constabulary stating no evidence to support alleged incident. I Had protected no claims, but still want to charge me cancellation fee(I didn't cancel it myself). I arranged another insurance via a comparison site and low and behold I was taken to Vanline Direct again to my horror after I'd oaid another deposit. Insurance on my van this time was considerably more than the policy that was cancelled by themselves in 1st place. Anyway after a rep called me up soon after new quote wasnt accepted regarding price and had to wait til next morning for a revised quote and I accepted based ob an alleged incident as mentioned before. Within a week or so I received another call from these reprobates demanding a further £600+ to be added to my premuum. This is ongoing and now they have forwarded my details onto a debt collection agency demanding another payment. This is ongoing and I really am at my wits end with this company as they've also sent me an email telling me theyre going to cancel my insurance again and further demand a cancellation fee, I've been in touch with ombudsmen and they dont seem to be of much help whatsoever, I need help big time Reviewed on: 6th October 2020
