Highly recommended

A very simple application process and then fantastic communication throughout, with regular updates on the account opening and the arrival of my new card and PIN. The app is very easy to use and very user-friendly. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems. Simply the Best

You are sent a reminder to say when your payment will be taken. Statements are always sent & never any problems. Easy to understand. The card is recognised in so many places. Vanquis has provided me with a valuable opportunity to rebuild my credit, which has been essential to my financial recovery. I have consistently utilised my card without encountering any issues. The customer service representatives are courteous and always willing to assist. Their communications are clear and informative. Additionally, I take pride in holding a Vanquis credit card. Good but costly

Vanquis for the only CC that accepted me when i finished my IVA, which I am very grateful for. I very rarely have to contact them as the account runs very smoothly. The only thing that is a negative is the very high level of Interest fee Reviewed on: 9th May 2025
