Super-easy to navigate

Great bank

No problems whatsoever, efficient service throughout. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Incompetent

Totally locked me out of my account for over a month, claiming they needed tax status information. Tried to contact them several times. But was fobbed off. Magically, they then decided to let me have access without me having to provide any further info. Usefully, this all happened as I was trying to complete my tax return. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022
