I recently opened a Zempler Business Account, and the experience has been great overall. The account opening process was straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to get started. The app experience is smooth and user-friendly, providing seamless access to all banking features. I particularly appreciate the mandatory two-factor authentication for online banking, which adds an extra layer of security. Simple and straightforward

We have a small business and started with Cashplus very early on. We have been on the journey as they transitioned to Zemplar. The service has constantly improved during that time. They blocked the use of my bank account without reas...

They blocked the use of my bank account without reason or explanation. we were unable to trade for over a month. They withheld £20,000 of my money. Still no explanation. Only the help of family and friends stopped us from closing. We could not pay our staff or suppliers. It was Christmas too. They cost us thousands in lost revenue and the offered us £50 compensation.
