Very good on-line and app design.

Very good on-line and app design. Could not edit payment descriptions once payment is made. Should be able to print single bank statement with a range of months dates instead of one statement for each month. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

IT Contractor review of Zempler Bank

Good on-line site, not perfect but good enough. Easy to navigate. Phoned to trace a receipt once and person I spoke to was good and helpful. Had to pay a £10 card fee (to get a debit card), but earlier saw some text saying this was free. Didn't worry too much as I am working as an IT contractor so just got on with it.
