What a bank should be like!

We opened a business account and it was up and running in hours. Any queries and you get to talk to a real person on the phone who, on the two occasions I have needed to call, have been polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been very pleased with the excellent service provided by Cashplus. Easy to navigate app. Customer service on hand for queries. No long unending queue trying to speak to someone.
