Review of the Zempler Bank (formerly Cashplus), Business Account:

Cashplus Breach of Data Protection Regulations

Cashplus recently breach data protection regulations under GPDR 2008 Act 15. They send one acknowledge letter regarding one complaint I raise whit them to a other person email address. In that email my personal information and confidential information regarding to my complaint was disclose to a third party. This is a serious breach of personal data and shows the lack of security and professionalism Cashplus have it. No apologies was given and they pretended like nothing happen. They neglected and ignored my request for explanation. I filed a complaint to Information Commissioner Officer and waiting for they review. Please be aware if you bank whit them or you think in doing. Definitely one bank to stay away. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

Simple and straightforward

We have a small business and started with Cashplus very early on. We have been on the journey as they transitioned to Zemplar. The service has constantly improved during that time.
