Zopa is easy to use, offers great interest and products. I’ve been a member since the early days of peer to peer lending, I do wish they still did that as it was an interesting way to invest, but the products they have now are better than anything I’ve seen in the market. I was approaching retirement and wanted to set up a regular amount to a 30-day fixed savings account, it couldn't have been simpler and transfers from my normal savings to my fixed 30-day account is so easy. I have access to view my savings grow month on month, and when I did contact Customer Service, they were so helpful in pointing me in the right direction in resolving my small problem.
