Shocking customer service

Get touch with them to arrange a new payment plan dye to personal reasons after been informed I could for them to cancel my policy and tell me there not willing to help I spoke to 5 different people all fobbing you off because they can't be bothered to help to tell me there not willing to wait 8 days for a payment now iv got a cancelled policy witch makes it harder to gey insurance. I have been with the AA for a number of years and they have always given me an affordable yearly quote which comes with rewards each year and also the customer service is amazing and supportive Reviewed on: 11th September 2016

Offer lowest premium from the outset

Premium last year £207. Auto renewal this year £282. Rang call centre - reduced to £237. Online national company same cover £124. Rang AA to stop auto renewal "WE WILL MATCH COMPARISON SITE QUOTE" !! £158 less than original AA quote! 'Nuff said. Reviewed on: 9th September 2016
